Maxwell is an editor, motion designer, and developer who started Filmit out of frustration with the gaps in his own pipeline. After years of writing one-off scripts and panels for personal projects, he turned the best of them into shipping products — and built a team to take them further. He sets the product direction and ships alongside the team every week.
